I have a to-do list on my iPhone that has some very important items on it. I assigned an alarm to it that sounds like the emergency broadcast signal because it's such an intensely irritating sound that I'll pay attention when the alarm goes off.
C and I were in the kitchen when the alarm sounded. She looked at the phone and said, "Doesn't that make your ears feel GOOD?!"
This explains so much.
